Everyone has a right to complain if they are dissatisfied. StepIn Network Members, staff, volunteers, family members, professionals and other agencies have an equal right to make a complaint. StepIn promises to deal positively with complaints, carry out the necessary investigation and make any changes as necessary to ensure StepIn meets the
highest standards.
