These look at an extensive range of issues from how we assess risk, managing medication, protecting supervision and confidentiality. These policies are presented here for your information. Adult Protection Policy
The purpose of this policy is to raise awareness about the vulnerability and possibility of abuse.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality refers to the limited use of information about network members that is obtained by StepIn employees and volunteers during the course of their work.

Complaints Policy
StepIn is committed to constantly improving the service we provide. In order to achieve this, StepIn will listen and respond to views and opinions expressed about any element of our work. This document sets out our policy, how complaints are managed and how one may be made.

Conflict of Loyalties Policy
The policy is designed to protect the organisation against conflicts of interest/loyalty which are "applied to individuals when their different interests clash as a result of ‘wearing more than one hat’; in particular where a personal or professional interest may get in the way of making a decision in the best interest of the organisation".

Code of Conduct Policy
Board members of StepIn pledge to abide by the fundamental values that underpin all the activities of the organisation.
The policy sets out the code of conduct by which members abide.
